Gas Prices Head Into Spring Thaw As National Average Drops By A Penny At the Pump
As winter turns to spring, according to AAA, gas prices began to thaw a bit as the national average price at the pump fell by a penny from the start of February to the start of March as measured by AAA’s daily national average price.
As American workers and families have experienced a near historic 30% or more price inflation in basics and consumer goods, led by hikes in housing and energy costs, any good news is welcome and the drop in energy prices as the spring and summer driving seasons are just beginning.
